Industrial Revolution Eatery and Grille
Saluting America’s Greatness

Return to a time when handcrafted food was made with the finest ingredients, service was at its best, and life was just simpler.

A family-friendly restaurant showcasing the heart of America’s industrial roots through its menu handcrafted of America’s finest ingredients, its early-American atmosphere and its classic service.

Featured on the restaurant’s rooftop, you’ll find statues depicting Charles Ebbets’ iconic 1932 photo,  “Lunchtime on Top of a Skyscraper.”  The statues, created by artist Sergio Furnari,  depict ironworkers taking a lunch break while seated on  a beam during construction of the Rockefeller Center in New York City.  The statues were temporarily displayed at the site of Ground Zero as a tribute to the workers involved in the recovery efforts following September 11. Inside, you’ll find an authentic industrial-age look, from the 100-200-year-old brick and granite cobble, to the cast-iron railing, rust-colored steel beams, and a steam train that travels along a track mounted near the ceiling.

Weekly, the restaurant “salutes” one of America’s greatest and features a special related to this individual. Salutes include both local heroes and America’s historic greats.
